Yeah I can’t recall Chris’ death either though I know it was tragic, something to do with his drug use I think. It’s been a bit of time since I last saw it.

I still remember when Sid’s dad died. That was unexpected & moving too.

It’s certainly harder when the characters are at their peak of happiness or are generally good spirited, and then suddenly killed off. It’s something Joss Whedon of Buffy The Vampire Slayer fame likes to do. I want to hate him for it, but I can’t…

This episode really made me sad. I was believing for a while as well. Though a part of me knew she was gone. The car crash was horrific, very well done, but I knew at least one if not all three would be dead. But then when they followed it with that scene with Rich, when he goes from dancing to almost tears, and has no idea why, but he knows Grace is gone.

I guess I was hoping that they’d keep her alive somehow, maybe even have her walking before the series end. But, it was all so hauntingly beautiful, I should have known better. I have to say, I barely recall Chris death in Series 2. Freddie’s death in Series 4 was violent, but didn’t sadden me (probably because I didn’t like him much). But Grace’s death moved me.

I kind of agree, Rich and Grace’s relationship was at a peak in Morocco, bathing in the sun. There was a sublime beauty to it, I’m glad they had the chance to have it. But still, Grace…

Good on ya Mike for having some solid goals to aim for this year. Nice that you are so passionate about writing. The challenge is to make time for it after the 9 – 5 survival grind.

Thank you for writing this! It needed to be said. I stopped watching at the end of season 3 when they killed off Ianto for NO Freaking reason. This new incarnation just plain sucks balls.

I wish they would start over…
